Please follow the steps below to complete the online booking process:

Step 1: Select Package or Treatment
The system will find the treatment availability on the time that you have chosen.
You may choose your preferred treatment on the choices given.
After choosing your preferred treatment, you may book for 2 or more person. You may click the button “Add more person” and then click the button “Continue” to the next step.

Step 2: Guest information
Please fill in your information in the form for our reference.
If you are a RarinJinda Member, you may use your email or display name and password.
If you choose to become a member you may fill in your information in the form.

Step 3: Review reservation
Please check your reservation details before going to the next step.
If you would like to cancel, you may close this page and make a new reservation.

Step 4: Submit your request
Your reservation details will send to us.
We will contact you back shortly for confirmation letter and payment information.

• Reservations should be made 4 days in advance.
• Full pre-payment must be made in order to receive spa discount.
• Pre-payment can be made by credit card via K Payment or by to our HSBC bank account(Hong Kong Branch)
• Please note that there will be no discount provided upon spa visit if online payment has not been made.
• Online payment should be made 3 days before the treatment date

For cancellations or postponement of your reservation, kindly give us a call at 02-6705599 (Bangkok) or 053-241846 (Chiang Mai) 3 hours before your reservation time. For late comers, please note that arriving late might tend to replace your requested bookings to treatments or packages that require a shorter time than your previous one due to busy schedules. Your treatments will end on time as courtesy to the next guest to give way to their reservations.

You can make an online payment using credid card. You may click on "Pay Now" link or you can make a payment by transfer money into our Hong Kong bank account that appear on the confirmation letter which send to your email.

Your reservation details will send to us after you successfully done the online booking process. We will contact you back shortly for the confirmation letter and payment information.

The last reservation time depends on your preferred treatment/package. For a 3-hour package, please note that the last reservation time is at 8PM.
